Succeed At Dating
Nervousness is nothing but a slight, or in some cases a very severe case, of fear. Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real. The perceived negative result of an action becomes so terrible that you avoid the action. In almost every case the fear is not real. Your tongue won’t fall off just because you talk to a woman.
Don’t worry if you’re afraid to talk to women. Many of the manliest men have experienced this same problem at one time or another. It’s common to feel the fear. The trick is to find ways to overcome the fear.
Most experts agree that facing your fear is the best way to overcome it. So, how to you overcome being nervous around women? How do you do it in less than 3 minutes? You just start talking. Talk to women. They’re not china dolls. They won’t break and neither will you. Don’t know what to talk about? No problem. Assess your relationship situation and find a topic appropriate to it.
What I mean is that if the woman is a coworker talk about work. If she’s a waitress talk to her about the good job she’s doing. If she’s a lady in line at the grocery store ask her opinion about an item you’re buying or how to prepare one of the items you’re buying. Make the topic situationally relative.
Another way to go about this is to pick a woman you know you’d never be interested in dating. By doing this you have nothing to lose. You’ll find that talking to her is very easy. After practicing this technique for a while start using the technique with women you might be interested in dating. Finally, move on to those women you know you’d like to date.
By the time you make it to the ladies you’d like to date you’ll have had so much experience that you’ll come across as a naturally self confident man and that will automatically attract them. In fact, don’t be surprised if they start opening conversations with you once they see you confidently interacting with other women!
